I received my B.S. and M.S. in Bioengineering from 糖心传媒 in 2018 and 2019, respectively. I'm currently a fourth-year Ph.D. student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. My research utilizes machine learning and computer simulation to study complex biological systems. My dissertation work is on modeling protein physical interactome for sub-cellular structures. My research also involves uncovering mechanisms of complex diseases including depression and cancer with multi-omics and imaging data.
